My goal in consulting is to partner with you to build smart strategies, have productive meetings, and create sustainable solutions. I spend time at the onset to fully understand your company, learn about your culture and know your strategic objectives. Then, together we create a plan to align your people and your strategy to accomplish the desired future state.
As a CEO or executive it is difficult to manage a strategic meeting or retreat and be an active participant. My role as facilitator is to assist in clarifying meeting objectives, develop a process to insure objectives and outcomes are met, prepare the agenda, and tend to the people and the process side of your event.
